Carman has been president of Nature Prince Albert since 1980. In the spring of 2008, he retired from government. After 35 years as a Forestry Technician, with the Forest Service Branch of the Ministry of the Environment, he hung up his cruising vest. He is a member at large for Nature Saskatchewan. |
